当サイトで配布している楽曲は規約の範囲内であれば、個人、法人、商用、非商用問わず無料でご利用頂けます。

利用例

  • 個人で楽曲を視聴する
  • 当サイトの楽曲を使用し、演奏してみた、歌ってみた動画をアップロードする
  • 動画コンテンツのBGM、テーマ曲として使用する
  • オリジナルゲームのBGMとして使用する

禁止事項

当サイトの楽曲は以下の場合、ご利用をお断りします。

  • 本楽曲を自分の創作物(作者)であると主張すること。
  • 音源そのものを単体で販売・配布すること(有償・無償を問いません)。
    例：MP3/WAVをそのまま配布、音源パックとして販売、ストック音源サービスに楽曲単体を出品する等
    ※動画やゲーム等のコンテンツに組み込んで配布・販売することはOKですが、そこから音源ファイルを抽出して単体で再配布する行為は禁止します。
  • 公序良俗に反する目的、反社会的勢力や違法行為に関与する目的での利用、差別的・攻撃的・卑猥な用途での利用。
  • その他、当方が不適切と判断する利用。

クレジット(表示義務)

ご自身のコンテンツに当サイトの楽曲を使用した場合、「Melodic Metal Frontier」のクレジット表記を必須とします。

著作権

当サイトの楽曲は無料でお使い頂けますが、著作権は放棄しておりません。
当サイトで公開している楽曲は、「SunoAI」有料プランを用いて制作したオリジナル作品となっており、全ての楽曲の著作権は私、yamaが所有します。

楽曲は規約の範囲内であれば自由に編集や加工をすることができます。ただし加工の有無、または加工の多少で著作権の譲渡や移動はありません。

なお、AI生成物に関する法的取扱いは各国・地域で異なるため、各法域において著作権が認められない場合があることを予めご了承下さい。

音源を利用することによって発生したトラブルについては一切責任を負いかねます。

  • Using as background music or theme music in video content

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited:

  • Claiming the music as your own creation (i.e., representing yourself as the author).
  • Selling or distributing the audio files themselves as standalone works (paid or free).
    Examples: distributing MP3/WAV files as-is, selling a pack of the audio files, uploading the individual tracks to stock music services, etc.
    Note: Embedding the music within video or game content that is distributed or sold is allowed, but extracting the audio file from such content and redistributing the audio file itself is prohibited.
  • Using the music for purposes that violate public order and morals, for acts related to organized crime or illegal activity, or for discriminatory, offensive, or obscene uses.
  • Any other use that the I deems inappropriate.

Credit (Mandatory)
